12 Rules of Life

Rule 1: Stand up straight with your shoulders back
Prices Law / Matthew principle : ‘to those who have everything more will be given; from those who have nothing, everything will be taken.
…90% of communication happens with just 500 words.
“In my kingdom you have to run as fast as you can just to stay in the same place.” Alice in wonderland, Queen of Hearts
The body like various parts needs to work like a well-rehearsed orchestra. Every system must play its role properly and at exactly the right time, or noise and chaos ensue.
It is for this reason routine is so necessary. The acts of life we repeat every day need to be automatised. They must be turned into stable and reliable habits, so they lose their complexity and gain predictability and simplicity.
When we are defeated we act very much like lobsters who have lost a fight.
No one likes to be pushed around, by people often put up with it for too long.  This can be looked within, first addressing the anger, but then progress to understanding that something needs to be done.  This force/action holds the tyranny at bay.
Circumstances change, don’t slump around like a defeated lobster, you will get assigned a lower status.  And then your brain won’t produce as much serotonin.  This will make you less happy, anxious, sad.
Prices law / Pareto distribution : those who start to have will probably get more.
If you present yourself as defeated then people will react to you as if you are losing. If you start to straighten up then people will react to you differently.
Standing up physically also implies and invoked and demands standing up metaphysically. Standing up cohntarily accepts the burden of being. You respond to a challenge, instead of embracing for a catastrophe.
To stand up with your shoulders back is to accept the terrible responsibility of life, with eyes wide open. It means voluntarily transforming the chaos of potential into the realities of habitable order. It means willingly undertaking the sacrifices necessary to generate a productive meaningful reality.
Speak your mind. Put your desires forward. Walk talll. Gaze forthrightly ahead. Encourage the serotonin to flow plentiful.
People will assume you are competent, you will become less anxious, conversations will flow better, this will all increase chances of good things happening to you.
Thus emboldened, you will embark on the voyage of your life, let your life shine, and pursue your rightful destiny.  The meaning of your life may be sufficient to keep the corrupting influence of mortal despair at bay.
Then you may be able to accept the burden of the world and find joy.
Rule 2
Chaos. Order. Consciousness.
Chaos is the domain of ignorance itself.  It’s unexplored territory.
Order is explored territory.
