Community #fail – Virgin Money Giving

We are learn from mistakes, right?  Best learn from other people’s ones then 🙂

I briefly wrote about the Virgin Money Giving website and communiity/forum and how launching a forum with no content was a really bad idea.

That was back in August. It’s now December and a quick look shows that it hasn’t changed.  Maybe the odd post here and there. On the positive side posts are being answered, but surely it should be more than just responding? What about curating and leading by example?
